Lead Salesforce data migration activities, including strategy, mapping, transformation, extraction, cleansing, deduplication, validation, loading, testing, reconciliation, and data quality checks. Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders while supporting integrations with ERP, marketing, and data platforms.
Responsible for leading data migration activities into Salesforce, ensuring high data quality, integrity, and alignment with business and technical requirements across implementations. Define and execute data migration strategy (mapping, transformation, loading, reconciliation) Perform data extraction, cleansing, deduplication, and validation Design source-to-target mappings aligned with Salesforce data model Execute migrations using Data Loader, ETL tools, or APIs Conduct testing, reconciliation, and data quality checks Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders Support integrations with external systems (ERP, marketing, data platforms)

- Requirements 3+ years in data migration / data integration / Salesforce projects Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and migration tools Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data transformation Solid understanding of data quality and validation processes
- Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Data Cloud) Experience with Data Cloud or large-scale migrations
