- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in the Avaloq Core Banking platform.
- Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives within wealth platforms.
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams.
- Prior experience working with global MNC banks is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
