What is the key purpose of an Associate Solutions Engineer?
As an Associate Solutions Engineer working on the Advertiser Solution Engineer team in our Gurugram Office, you will work closely with their business counterparts in Account Management to drive success for Taboola’s ENT worldwide Advertisers. They are responsible for proactive monitoring, optimizations, campaign management and performance recommendations across a book of business and can be tapped for in-depth technical challenges, best practices and depletion strategies.
The Associate Solutions Engineer possesses great communication & presentation skills and ability to understand all technical aspects, client's goal and objectives to assure campaigns meeting their goals.
They should be a fast learner, technical and able to ramp up on the changing needs of the platform. Continuous learning and adaptability to change are critical parts of the job.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:
- 1+ year in the digital marketing and Ad technology industry with a strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms and tools.
- Understanding existing and emerging ad technologies, ad serving , analytics, Enterprise marketing and big data with hands on working experience.
- Strong understanding of CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV and CPA models.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to deliver as per the deadline with flawless execution.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity or work with changing workflows and processes.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for complex clients focused on performance goals.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and to deliver customer-focused results.
- Knowledge of business processes and workflows.
- Strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Executing upon day-to-day deliverables related to ad campaigns to ENT internal clients of Taboola globally within defined SLAs and KPIs
- Performing detailed campaign performance analysis such as monitoring, optimizations, campaign management and performance recommendations to increase revenue.
- Running periodic analysis of all on-page attributes and providing recommendations based on best practices for optimization by working with the account management teams.
- Pulling data from different sources and analyzing data to fetch the desired result
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction on direct campaigns
- Surfacing verticalized best practices, insights, trends and benchmarks to aid performance.
- Preparing presentations and required analysis and reports to be shared with the clients
