Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor data inputs from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system
- Coordinate the flow of data outputs, including generating reports and facilitating data delivery to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain data quality standards by identifying, investigating, and resolving errors or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to define, document, and improve process flows related to data management
- Develop and implement automation strategies for data intake, data output, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Conduct regular quality assessments to measure calculation accuracy, data integrity, and process reliability
- Handle exceptions and inquiries related to data processing with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence
- Manage data input/output processes and archival activities in accordance with business requirements
- Apply SQL and Python knowledge, where available, to support data processing, analysis, automation, and troubleshooting
- Use Varicent tool knowledge where applicable; Varicent experience is optional

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with data management, reporting tools, and quality assurance methodologies
- Proven solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency with relevant software, automation tools, SQL, and Python
