Porch is seeking a results-driven Associate Product Manager to contribute to the success of our Report Writer product. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping product strategies and driving their execution, ensuring timely delivery of impactful product initiatives that align with business objectives.

What You Will Do As An Associate Product Manager

  • Drive successful product outcomes by conducting detailed requirement analysis, ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the needs and expectations.
  • Optimize product delivery by managing Epics in Jira, ensuring updates are aligned with strategic goals and delivering measurable value.
  • Enhance team efficiency by keeping Confluence documentation current and accessible, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maximize the impact of development efforts by refining and prioritizing JIRA stories, aligning them with team capacity and business priorities.
  • Support high-performing Scrum teams by ensuring that product goals and capacity are aligned with sprint activities, driving consistent delivery of key initiatives.
  • Enable long-term product success by creating and maintaining delivery roadmaps in Confluence, keeping them aligned with quarterly objectives and overall product strategy.
  • Facilitate smooth product launches by ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and internal and external stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Deliver high-quality product features by working closely with QA to ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria and business expectations.
  • Increase customer satisfaction by tracking and prioritizing feature requests and bug reports, ensuring timely resolutions and continuous product improvement.
  • Strengthen team collaboration by organizing and documenting product meetings, ensuring follow-through on key decisions and action items.

What You Will Bring As An Associate Product Manager

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in product management, business analysis, or project management, with a track record of delivering impactful product outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or four years of equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change.
  • Expertise in product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • A foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and SPRINT planning to support efficient product delivery.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the product management field, with an eagerness to contribute to product success.
  • Proven experience working with US based business teams 
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
