Coordinate records and information management governance across business and central teams. Implement and monitor records controls for unstructured data, support training and communications, track risks and remediation, and assist with audits and inquiries. The role requires managing workplans, dependencies, governance forums, evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of standardized processes while using AI-enabled approaches to improve recurring inquiry handling.
- Act as the CCB liaison for records and information management, coordinating with central teams and Records/Information Management partners.
- Promote consistent adoption of controls for records governance framework for unstructured data (e.g., proper classification, storage, retention, and defensible disposition).
- Support implementation and ongoing execution of records controls in business processes, platforms, and shared repositories.
- Provide guidance, training, and communications to increase awareness and adherence to recordkeeping expectations.
- Monitor issues and risks (e.g., gaps in recordkeeping, storage hygiene, retention exceptions), track remediation actions, and escalate as needed.
- Assist with audits, exams, inquiries, and internal assessments by coordinating evidence gathering and status updates.
- Support with user tools and intelligent solution's governance practices and implementation of period supplemental controls requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in process and program management
- High-accountability ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving work from intake through closure, escalating appropriately, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time and to standard.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills, with experience coordinating across business owners, central teams, information owners, and control partners (e.g., Operational partners, Control Partners, Central Program Managment teamsI) to align on requirements and outcomes.
- Process and program management capability, including building/maintaining workplans, tracking dependencies, managing multiple parallel deliverables, and driving adoption of standardized processes.
- Issue escalation and remediation support experience, including triaging exceptions, coordinating root-cause discussions, documenting actions, tracking remediation milestones, and validating closure evidence.
- Ability to operate effectively in governance forums, including representing the team independently, capturing decisions and risks, and driving clear post-forum action items and follow-ups to completion.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to translate policy/control requirements into practical steps and identify gaps or inconsistencies in process execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting clear guidance, stakeholder updates, and control/evidence narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Comfort working with unstructured information and repeatable inquiries, including leveraging AI-enabled approaches to support recurring questions, improve consistency of responses, and help define standard steps for resolving exceptions and escalating when needed.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and maintain rigorous follow-through while supporting multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements.
