REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 9+ years
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture (MSA).
• Hands-on experience with Python, especially for AI/ML integration and automation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning services.
• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and system integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ability to drive AI adoption across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including code generation, automated reviews, and testing acceleration.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Java and Microservices architecture.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities within SDLC to improve engineering productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in system design, coding standards, and DevOps integration.
• Mentor development teams and guide them on modern architecture and design patterns.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure robust API design, event-driven systems, and distributed architecture implementation.
• Oversee system performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
