Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of analysts by providing clear direction, establishing SMART goals, and optimizing resource allocation
- Take point with the team on their questions, feedback, and concerns
- Identify areas for improvement across the team and proactively take steps to improve by arranging individual and group training sessions.
- Develop expertise in research methodologies and translate that into research requirements
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs
- Manage the performance review process for the team alongside talent development and talent management
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree. Master's degree a plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in secondary research or data operations.
- Any progress towards Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA), Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) and Certificate in ESG Investing a plus.
- Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows within a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
- Client-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset
