- External Communication: create communication plan and strategies for the Group, create PR able marketing strategies for brands, and create Communication Policies for the company including crisis. Managemedia visibility for Group across globe, Create & Manage Communication for Group sponsored events; Media Monitoring; Competitors mapping for PR.
- Internal Communication: Plan and execute internal employee engagement properties: Open Floor, Friday Fresh, Recharge and roll out marquee days; Manage Intranet - Viva Engage for employee communication internal, create content bankfor the platform. Emceeing events created by Corporate Communication and HR.
- IPO communication: Played a key role in Vikram Solar’s IPO preparedness, contributing to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) communication strategy and execution, Developed investor-facing content including CMD’s keynote messages, investor presentations, and roadshow talk points, Led spokesperson media training to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across investor relations (IR) touchpoints, Coordinated high-stakes interactions with media, brokers, and analysts; managed strategic planning for roadshows and stakeholder engagements, Ensured alignment across internal and external narratives to strengthen investor confidence and reinforce corporate positioning.
- Communication for Marquee Projects: Annual Report, Annual Diary and plan and execute Annual Gifting for Vikram Solar network including conceptualizing and finalizing theme, create communication strategy and PR for REI, RE+SPI, Worked on US order win and Project VSK Energy, and PR for Germany order wins.
