The Hire team within Talent & Employee Experience function at JP Morgan Chase & Co comprises a global team of recruiting and support professionals across both campus and experienced functions who are support the business with filling over 100,000 roles, supporting internal mobility for 30,000 employees annually. • Job summary
In the cohort hiring program management role, you will deliver the candidate placement process, using inputs from candidates as well as hiring managers to execute a smooth, effective placement process for all relevant stakeholders. You will also engage with new hires and hiring managers during the acclimation phase of their employment.
Job responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of the placement and acclimation processes for Global Technology - Cohort Hiring Program. Ensure these processes and associated activities are maintained and supported.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders, promoting a "one team" mentality to enhance collaboration.
  • Assist in interactions between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring follow-up on requirements and smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Help increase hiring managers' awareness and adoption of cohort hiring processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues and providing support during the acclimation phase.
  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization and improvements in the defined process.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve processes and ensure preferences and requests are addressed.
  • Assist in identifying business needs for future cohort hiring product development and communicate ideas to key stakeholders.
  • Leverage analytics and usage patterns to help predict issues and take proactive actions to serve customers effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity throughout the end-to-end process.

• Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong background in recruiting, program management and technology preferred with an understanding of key technology areas within financial services.
  • Ability to negotiate with others, solve problems and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization and drive change through promoting a culture of collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, adapt to changes, and iterate on processes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable with delivering new concepts and solutions, and navigating through new and challenging situations.
  • Passion for new hire experience, business strategy and processes, continuous learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Understand risk and reputational issues - ability to identify, address and escalate in a timely fashion
  • 5+ years of applied experience in Recruitment; Program and Change management experience
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
