JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for digital media alignment between content marketing, product marketing, media agency, and media owners.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across paid media channels to drive brand awareness and consideration for Astro and Astro Fiber.
  • Manage campaign reporting, performance tracking, and budget monitoring to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Coordinate with external media agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Support audience segmentation and targeting using CRM and CDP tools such as Salesforce, Insider, or CleaverTap.
  • Assist in email marketing (EDM) and brownfield campaign management to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Increase in brand awareness and digital reach.
  • Growth in customer consideration and engagement.
  • Contribution to sales and revenue uplift through digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Working experience in digital marketing, media buying, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and social media boosting strategies.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with CRM/CDP platforms (Salesforce, Insider, CleaverTap) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and brownfield campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
