Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Women's Accessories//Handbags Designer with 2+ years of experience in the eCommerce or retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, excellent design skills, and a passion for creating trendy, comfortable and competitive women's accessories/handbags . Design and develop new women's Accessories/Handbags collections in line with current fashion trends and as per brand language.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and meet production standards.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.

Design and develop new women's Accessories/Handbags collections in line with current fashion trends and as per brand language.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and meet production standards.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for new designs.
Work with suppliers and manufacturers to select materials and ensure high-quality production.
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Buying. Sourcing and Vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accessories Design with 2+ years of work experience in the eCommerce or retail industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of women's Accessories/Handbags design.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and footwear design.
Experience in Jewellery design will be a highly valued asset.
