The Testing CoE (Center of Excellence) is an essential part of our company, ensuring that we are setting our businesses, clients, customers, and employees up for success. The Testing CoE organization is responsible for evaluating Compliance and Operational risk processes and controls to provide an independent assessment of the control environment and compliance with laws, rules and regulations; report results; as well as define and maintain Testing Procedures.
The Testing CoE covers all firm businesses, corporate functions, and technology. The CoE is part of the Control Management function which is responsible for maintaining a strong and consistent control environment through a joint accountability model that aligns managers with each function and region to mitigate compliance and operational risk. The Testing CoE is a critical to supporting both the first and second line of defense.
As an Analytics Solution Developer / Analyst you will partner with Compliance Testing managers to define Analytical and Automation solutions, using Analytical tools and technologies like Python, Alteryx, UiPath & ThoughtSpot, to realize efficiencies with the execution of the Compliance Test and enable defining of new Compliance Testing approaches.
The role requires partnering with Compliance Test managers to understand Compliance Test designs and device analytical and automation solutions that evaluate the performance of Process controls defined to manage Risks and assess compliance toward legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities
- Develop Analytical Solutions: Build and deliver analytical tools to measure process control performance using Python, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, UiPath, and other low/no-code platforms.
- Leverage Data Strategies: Network and collaborate to identify, reuse, and implement effective data strategies for analytics and automation.
- Generate Analytics: Produce exploratory and prescriptive analytics to enhance understanding of compliance control performance and support control testing routines.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Partner with Control Evaluation Managers and business teams to deploy analytical solutions for control evaluations in the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
- Automate Data Extraction: Automate the extraction of population data from Systems of Record (SOR) to streamline control testing.
- Digitize Control Testing: Digitize parts or the entirety of control testing activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Smart Sampling & Non-Compliance Analysis: Use analytics to define smart sampling approaches and identify drivers of non-compliance.
- Deliver Self-Service Solutions: Provide self-service analytical solutions using tools like Alteryx, UiPath, COGNOS, and ThoughtSpot.
- Promote Code Reuse: Enhance efficiency by reusing code and data strategies across compliance testing activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute new ideas, learn new tools and technologies, and maintain a mindset focused on ongoing improvement.
- Support Compliance & AI/ML Integration: Adhere to change management standards, document requirements, update reports, validate exceptions, and collaborate on AI/ML solutions while ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Post graduate program with Data Analytics and Automation from a leading institute / University.
- Overall Experience: 6-9 years in Automation and Analytics
- Ability to Multitask
- Experience of working in an Audit / Testing / Compliance or risk management environment will be additionally preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in delivery automation solutions like Python / Alteryx / UiPath, Cognos, ThoughtSpot etc.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Effective communication & project delivery skills
