Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's degree required)
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, snowflakes
• 3+ years of experience
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI for building interactive dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and delivering business-ready insights
• Solid experience in Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, performance tuning, and complex analytical queries across large datasets
• Proven experience working with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing, including data modeling, optimization, and integration with BI tools
• Python: Demonstrated experience using Python to solve real business problems such as data analysis, automation, data validation, and reporting enhancements (experience examples to be shared by business during interviews)
• Basic understanding of Gen AI / ML concepts, including awareness of use cases in analytics, automation, and data-driven decision support
• Proven solid analytical thinking, data storytelling, and communication skills to support operational and leadership decision-making

Preferred Qualification:

• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
