JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Evaluating new IPS and concepts enhancing our premium content pipeline from theatrical films, FRF on Astro first to Astro Original.
- Identifies content creating, for which audience, to meet which objectives, and with what projected results.
- Collaborate with content Development teams, Business Development Team and Group Marketing and other stakeholders for any possibility to meet the requirement for the project.
- Setting guidelines for the tone, style, and voice of all brand content from pre-production.
- Responsibilities include determining which formats best communicate various types of content, identifying ways to increase content brand awareness.
- Assisting in research, market analysis and communications research for the company.
- Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
Content Integration
- Developing brand and revenue enhancing solutions for film business that also contributes to the bottom line by leveraging and integrate on existing content and implementing new ideas and concepts.
- Responsible on execution and ideation of all channel/client campaigns, events, and proposals.
- To lead creative operations and sessions for project integration kick-offs. Manage creative content ideas and design concepts for Content brands/campaigns that meet the objectives and advance our creative strategy.
- Drive the successful integration of our content into partners and customer platforms.
- Ensure stakeholders satisfaction, and expectations are met (internally and externally)
- Finding new opportunities integration with utilizing existing or new film/content IP
- Work closely with media sales with up-to-date content material.
Premium Content - Film, Premium Originals and Astro First
- Creation and implementation 360 innovative Brand strategy release and media strategies through content marketing, sponsorship and digital solutions that will build our film brands leading to increased sales, awareness, revenue, relevance, and loyalty.
- Creation strategic plan per film in accordance to budget – create themes, concepts etc.
- Assisting coordinating various types of company and film events include any on ground activities.
- Key person all social media plans and strategies and to contribute towards the creation and implementation of such plans.
- Developing and maximizing third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies the company that will make an impact, support the brand and products and achiever better revenue outcome.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay with a strong command of grammar and language suited for the local market
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- An analytical mindset with a creative mind to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
- Cultural understanding and sensitivity to tailor content to our target audience’s preferences, interests, and nuances.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers with outstanding communication skills.
