The Assistant Manager in Strategic Consulting will lead business process re-engineering projects, drive discussions with operations leaders, and participate in transformation activities. Requires strong analytical skills and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities
As part of global BPR team:
- Own multiple workstreams of business process re-engineering projects
- Independently drive discussion, problem solving meeting with senior operations leaders
- Contribute to transformation practice building activities
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education Graduation from a tier 1-2 institute, preferably MBA
Experience (In Years)
- 3 - 4 years of total work experience with atleast 1-2 years of experience in insurance industry/ consulting firms
- Exposure to innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles
- Experience in Digital transformation in Insurance domain to be of added advantage.
Technical Skills Skilled in MS Office and Visio
Current state assessment and future state designing of Insurance processes.
Improvement opportunities identification and solutions designing
Project management
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/
Non-Voice for Insurance Ops
Strong relationship building skills
Team player with ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to stakeholders (written and oral)
Ability to drive workshops, discussions among multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal guidance.
Ability to adapt approach to different cultures, communication styles, and working styles
