T Sales, Service
Role Overview – The candidate will be responsible for T business of entire Zone 2 of Eastern Region which includes Orissa, Northeast, Bihar, Jharkhand and North Bengal. He will drive the T business by regular interaction with all the Area Managers, Supervisors and Resident Technicians in remote locations. He needs to monitor the progress by focusing on different T packages and industrial units as well. Frequent visit to all the locations is necessary to motivate the team members and to meet potential customers. The candidate should work towards Vendor development in individual areas to make the areas independent. Close monitoring of T execution for timely closure will also be a part of his regular activities which include follow up with HO team and NSC.
