Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to identity management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within identity and access management systems.
- Familiarity with integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
