As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery. The position demands continuous vigilance and adaptability to respond to dynamic challenges within complex software environments, ensuring that critical business operations remain efficient and reliable throughout the day.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align support strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex software systems.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline application support processes.
- Ability to work with monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues promptly.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and deployment automation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
