Summary:
The SAP CX Sales Cloud (formerly SAP Cloud for Customer – C4C) Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Sales Cloud solutions. The role focuses on lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-order, account and contact management, sales forecasting, territory management, customer engagement, mobile sales enablement, and CRM transformation initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other CX solutions.

Additional Information:

- This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.
