Application Payroll Systems Support Lead

Role Overview
The successful candidate will support payroll system activities, including performing system maintenance, ensuring data integrity, managing payroll integrations to other Otis systems, testing system changes, and documenting processes. Other roles include collaborating with functional and technical teams to support system integrations, data requirements and/or other IT governance activities.
On a typical day you will:
- Designs, maintains and optimizes interface and integration requirements between payroll and other systems.
- Provides support to global Payroll teams, including researching and resolving problems, transactional assistance, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternative methods to meet business requirements.
- Supports development and performance of the payroll system and related business data and processes, including developing business requirements and documentation for technology-related solutions to optimize processes
Manages the security, confidentiality and data integrity of the payroll system, ensuring appropriate access and restrictions. - Recommends system improvements that will streamline the customer experience and improve overall total cost-of-ownership or otherwise add business value
Ensures timely, customer-focused responses to trouble-shooting and other technical requests
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- 8+ years of technical knowledge of ADP Global View(Mandatory), ADP Celergo(Optional), ADP Enterprise HR Ev5 or Ev6 Payroll Systems.
- Strong background in ADP Enterprise HR version 5/6 or PeopleSoft.
- A broad knowledge of a full-cycle development and implementation methodology and/or integration methodology, including a practical understanding of SFTP and PGP data encryption.
- Experience in SQL proficiency. (Good To Have)
- Technical/Functional Experience in ADP Payroll system or PeopleSoft
- An ability to partner effectively with internal and external teams.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong attention to detail,
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
