Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and enhancing team performance through effective leadership and communication. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner and work will be on K6 tool. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. - Experience with scripting and automation tools. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with application architecture and design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - No location constraints - A 15 years full time education is required.
