Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP EWM, SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development principles - Experience in designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions - Knowledge of SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full-time education is required
