Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-performance microservices based framework using Java and Spring Boot - Implement event-driven architecture using technologies like Apache Kafka and Apache Flink - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microservices with other systems - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of backend services - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java and Spring ecosystem - Ensure timely project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java 8+, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture - Knowledge on Java Enterprise and microservice design patterns - Strong understanding of distributed systems - Experience in microservices architecture - Knowledge of event-driven architecture - Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of experience - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools and AWS cloud is desired, but not must - A 15 years full-time education is required
