  • Candidates must have a strong grasp of application support procedures and functions.
  • They should possess a clear understanding of L1/L2/L3 roles and responsibilities.
  • Candidates should be capable of independently managing and taking ownership of resolving incidents from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to interact regularly with clients.
  • Work closely with development teams and QA teams to ensure smooth application integration and deployment.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents, service requests, and change requests related to applications. Document and track issues using a ticketing system.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of software applications and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
  • Experience in documenting processes and procedures
