Summary:
The Integration Engineer will design, develop, and deliver reliable/scalable data integration components using MuleSoft's platform as a service cloud environment. Use an Agile framework and DevOps methodologies will be used to fulfil development activities. This role within DA&I will provide the needed technical services for Rockwell Automation capability teams that need to achieve Application Programming Integration (API) programmes.
The Integration Engineer is a multi-experienced engineer who will architect, develop, and deploy API components. Following agile principles you will be responsible to estimating work, accepting stories into delivery increments, and completing tasks to deliver the work. Proficiency is needed in API integration concepts, data analytics, data quality, user interface design, support operations, and process improvement methodologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, codes, tests, and documents new MuleSoft API platform components, including supporting applications and interfaces
- Support development activity together with other integration technology resources
- Develop and test infrastructure components in Cloud and Edge-level environments
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies
- Manage the DevOps pipeline deployment model
- Promote automated testing procedures
- Implement software in all environments
- Use containerization models and work with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture current
- Help enhance applications
- Write high-quality code compliant with regulations
- Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements
Competencies:
- Experience with the MuleSoft API platform, MuleSoft certification
- Experience with architecture and domain-driven design of API integration components
- Experience with definition and automation of test cases
- Experience with build and deployment automation using CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with other data movement technologies (EDI, ETL)
- Experience in systems development lifecycle
- Experience in Analytical concepts and implementations
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation
- Experience with server-side architectures and containerization
- Experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues
- Familiarity with business concepts and data story telling
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing our requirements
- And organize work of other development team members
Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a role requiring quota accomplishment and a track record for meeting goals will put you ahead of the pack.
- Produce sales pipeline and capture and qualify leads through identifying prospects' desired outcomes, pains, and product fit.
