Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to support and enhance business processes. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of application functionalities to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Ability to work with business process workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
