Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the broader organizational framework. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, making adjustments as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
