Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the quality and functionality of the software, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing enhancements to improve overall performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing applications and contributing to the development of new features, ensuring that all work aligns with project goals and client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data architecture. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Ability to work with various data modeling tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
