Appian Consultant

Capgemini is looking for a motivated Appian Consultant to assist in an Appian implementation for its one of the large banking clients. This consultant will have the opportunity to participate in Appian. This consultant will have a long-term with the backing and opportunity to learn from an established Appian professional services organization.

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of experience with Appian

• Experience throughout the software development life cycle

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients when necessary

• Passion for technology and innovation

Preferred:

• Experience working with database-backed task design

• Experience in cross-functional roles within the development life cycle

• Appian Level 2 or Senior Developer certification

Description:

• At least Level 1 Certification / Associate Developer is required.

• Design, implement, and demonstrate Appian solutions to clients

• Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of projects to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions

• Communicate and coordinate across multiple teams

• Should have knowledge of database basics

• Fully understand the process flow at both logical and technical levels. Should have hands on experience of creating Process Model, Interface, Site, Expression Rule, Query Entity, etc. from scratch

• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of process instances

• Ability to suggest and perform modifications to improve application performance
