Primary Responsibilities:
- Conversational AI & Voice Systems
- AWS Connect & Lex
- LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering
- API & Microservices Development
- Real-time Orchestration & Event Processing
- Observability & AI system monitoring

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with AI/ML systems
- Experience in Python or Java for backend and AI services
- Experience building voice-based or IVR systems
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, routing, integrations)
- Amazon Lex (V2) for conversational interfaces
- AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Solid understanding of:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- LLMs (Bedrock / OpenAI / similar)
- Prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures
