Job Summary As a mid-level AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll shape our intelligent automation and analytical capabilities. From building data pipelines to deploying ML models, you’ll enable data-driven features that set us apart in the global HR tech space.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level AI / ML Engineer…
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases (recommendations, NLP, etc.).
- Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support model training.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML features into production.
- Integrate and maintain ML services on cloud platforms.
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate for improvement.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge AI/ML research and frameworks.
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud ML services.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model deployment best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment is a plus.
