Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting/budgeting function in the company including recurring statutory compliances.
- Facilitate timely completion of statutory and tax audits of the company.
- Coordinate the direct and indirect tax assessments with various statutory departments.
- Ideate, conceptualize and implement projects for process improvements.
- End to end handling of advanced projects like Advance Pricing Agreement, ESOP implementation, Digitization of accounting processes etc.
- Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects/ initiatives with also implementation at a local India entity level
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- 8+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
