This is an Accountant position that requires the incumbent to perform a variety of accounting activities related to consolidation and reporting working with different company entities. 

 

 

Job Description 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Support company business consolidation closure including running interfaces between local ERP and Lucanet, support local entities to load in Lucanet where Microsoft D365 has not been rolled out yet, update views and FX in Lucanet and CoA under supervision and in collaboration with the controlling team 

Collaborate with all affiliates in relation to the month end closure process under supervision and in collaboration with the controlling team 

Collaborate with the resolution of issue related to ICO difference together with company entities and other colleagues in the SSC  

Assembles documents for computer input, verifying accuracy of itemized charges, account numbers, and total costs. 

Monitor month process including monthly reporting KPI ( timeliness and quality of the reporting)  

Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating & purging. 

Responds to inquires, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies. 

Weekly and monthly reports. 

Prepare monthly management reports and schedules. 

Any other duties assigned 

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

 

Degree in Finance and accounting  

Ideally, you have already gained your first relevant professional experience in comparable activities (1-3 years) 

 

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

 

Attention to detail, able to work independently in a dynamic environment  

Ability to interact with a large number of stakeholders. 

Strong knowledge of MS Office application and possible Microsoft Dynamics previous experience 

Lucanet knowledge is a strong plus 

Fluent English is required. Knowledge of other Europen languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus 

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 

For all locations outside Lithuania, remote work scheme can be considered.
