Job Description

We are looking for a German speaking Account Relationship Executive to join our team in Vienna, Austria or in Sofia, Bulgaria. In the role you will be reporting to the Head of ARM, and will be assisting the Account Relationship Managers with all inbound contacts and you will be responsible for building a personal relationship with selected customers identified as high value and high-potential clients.

The aim is that you (the Account Relationship Executive), will become the main point of contact between the company and the customer and provide excellent customer service to Account Managed accounts.

By communicating via telephone, live chats, and E-Mail the customer should feel comfortable discussing any issue with you, including (but not limited to) responsible gaming, bonuses, revenue and source of funds.

What you will do 

  • Assisting the Account Managers with all inbound contacts
  • Deal with max 3 Live-Chats and also assist with Phone Calls and E-Mails when necessary
  • Conduct AML interactions with account customers where possible
  • Identify potential new account customers via daily contacts
  • Handle/resolve customer issues /dispute resolutions ensuring the customer feels valued
  • Work as an integral part of together with the account management team to influence player activity with a view to maximise retention
  • Ensure that clear communications into and out of the team to ensure we deliver a leading service to our customers and relevant feedback to the product and marketing teams

• The role will involve working shifts (8am – 6pm / 11am – 8pm) CET Times, and weekend work (minimum of one weekend a month). "

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English
• Extensive experience in Customer Service and VIP Support
• Proven track record of outstanding safer gambling relationship management
• You will have a high interest and good all- round knowledge of licensed online gaming in both sports and casino
• Outstanding personal relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a self-contained / independent environment knowing when to escalate and when to make your own decisions.
