As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships within Epignosis. You will act as the primary point of contact for TalentLMS Enterprise clients, ensuring customer success, retention, and upsell opportunities. You will also work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that maximize the value customers derive from the TalentLMS platform.

Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of customers, advising customers on best practices and ensuring satisfaction and product adoption.
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and opportunities for growth.
- Identifying and executing expansion opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Identifying churn signs and activating a churn prevention process.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer usage data to address risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring timely renewals by driving value and engagement with the platform.
- Managing issues related to billing and subscription.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM system and reporting on customer health and pipeline activities.
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Marketing and Sales).
- Being the main point of contact and escalation, collecting feedback from customers regarding new feature and improvement suggestions.
- Enabling creation of case studies and reviews.
Requirements
To be successful in this role as an Account Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment; comfortable with technology.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Fluency in one or more additional languages.
