The Account Manager 1 is responsible for achieving budgets, providing technical support to customers, developing relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Take ownership of Individual booking /Target in the specified territory and Achieve budgets for given financial year.
- Administer potential and existing customer requirements (quotes, technical support, contracts, and related issues).
- Maintain high-level customer service in line with company objectives.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new customers development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Channels/Distributers, MROs, OEMs for incremental growth.
Drive market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical Expertise: Technically minded with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of significant work experience.
- Product Knowledge: Experience in selling pneumatics/electrical automation products and field instruments such as pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, pneumatic accessories, proximity sensors, pressure regulators, etc.
- Application Knowledge: Knowledge of electro-pneumatic applications.
- Competitive Awareness: Understanding the offerings of competitors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as factory automation, machine automation, Steel Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Cement, Oil & Gas, Smelters etc.
- Market Insight: Overall market knowledge and familiarity with customers in the region of West Bengal. Odisha, C.G, Jharkhand, Bihar & N.E
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- BE/ B-Tech- Instrumentation/ Mechanical.
- 5 to 10 years working experience in similar field.
