About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. This role involves executing test cases to verify the flow and function of an integrated system. Heightened attention towards group directives, legal, and financial obligations will ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in maintaining and implementing E+OHS, data security, and privacy processes and tools on a global and local scale.
Responsibilities:-

• Total experience - 4 to 12 yrs• Design & Solutioning
  o Translate customer requirements into high-level and low-level design for Ericsson DSC (DRA/DEA/DA) in 4G and SC (SCP/SEPP/BSF) in 5G environments.
  o Define end-to-end solution architecture for signaling nodes with alignment to Ericsson's product portfolio.
  o Conduct Network impact analysis and prepare detailed reports & solution design documents.• Integration & Deployment
  o Lead deployment, configuration, CIQ and integration of DSC and SC nodes into customer networks.
  o Prepare and execute integration and acceptance testing plans (ATP) ensuring alignment with agreed SOW with Customer or Ericsson Circle team.
  o Perform live network software upgrades, patches, and updates with minimal customer impact.
  o Work on ENM/OSS for provisioning, fault management, performance management, and analytics.• Testing & Validation
  o Conduct integration and interoperability testing for 4G/5G signaling controllers.
  o Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in collaboration with Ericsson Global Support and partner teams.
  o Use Ericsson trace management and network analysis tools to validate signaling flows and protocols.• Collaboration & Project Leadership
  o Lead System Integrator (SI) teams and provide technical guidance during project execution.
  o Drive escalations and crisis management ensuring minimal disruption to live services.
  o Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-country teams, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective communication.
  o Customer Engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Technical Expertise
o Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Telecom, or related engineering fields.
o Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson DSC Products (DRA/DEA/DA) and knowledge of SC nodes (SCP/SEPP/BSF).
o Experience in Ericsson 5G/4G Signaling nodes preferred. For other vendor knowledge, candidate should bring good hands-on experience for Signaling competence mentioned.
o Deep understanding of Telco protocols including Diameter, SS7, SCCP, SIP, TCP/IP, HTTP.
o Solid knowledge of IMS/VoLTE, EPC, 5G & TLS/mTLS Core signaling flows.
o Experience in NFVi/VNF deployments, including preparation of environment files.
o Knowledge of virtualization platforms: CEE, CNIS, VMware, Redhat openshift, KVM, OpenStack, and Telco Cloud solutions.
o Preferred certifications - CKA, RHOSP
o Scripting knowledge in Perl/Python for automation and troubleshooting tasks.• Project & Process Skills
o Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution integration, and ATP execution for Ericsson Core solutions.
o Strong competence in Signaling nodes, conducting impact analysis, and delivering customized solutions.
o Ability to manage upgrades and migrations in live network environments.
o Experience with Ericsson ENM/OSS for monitoring and analytics.• Soft Skills
o Strong communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
o Creative, result-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
o Demonstrated leadership in guiding SI teams and handling customer escalations.
o Cultural adaptability and ability to collaborate with global teams.
o Flexibility to work in different time zones (including Night) and willingness to travel.
Added Advantages• Experience with Ericsson or vendor's packet (EPC/5G Core), cloud or IMS Nodes.• Familiarity with automation frameworks for testing and integration.
