We are looking for an ML Engineer with solid hands-on experience in GenAI and agentic frameworks, backed by solid foundational ML/NLP knowledge. The role involves building production-grade AI systems across verticals such has Health, Rx, Productization etc.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions in production environments
• Design ML systems involving structured/unstructured data and complex database interactions
• Develop scalable Python-based ML pipelines and APIs
• Work on foundational ML use cases including prediction, optimization, and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform teams to operationalize models
• Take lead in productionizing models including API design and integration, load testing, HPC compute, Latency management

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or preferably PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, transformers, and generative AI techniques
• Experience with building and orchestrating AI agents or multi-agent systems
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing (e.g., Spark/PySpark)
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks/libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Understanding of model optimization techniques (e.g., FLOPs reduction, quantization, latency tuning)
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
