Job Description
Mandatory Skills:- Experience in defining test strategy and test planning
- Strong in analyzing business requirements, identifying test conditions, and designing high-quality manual test scenarios.
- Strong defect management, defect triage, and prioritization
- Integration/system testing across upstream & downstream systems
- Minimum 2–3 projects in automation testing (Selenium/UFT/Cypress etc.)
- Good hands-on experience in writing clean, maintainable, and reusable automation scripts in languages like Java/Python
- Hands-on API testing experience (Postman / SOAP UI) – at least 1–2 projects
- Domain knowledge in Life Insurance/Annuities or similar regulated industries
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Agile methodology experience (Jira, QA in sprints)
- Ability to define and track QA metrics and basic experience in Test data management.
- Domain certifications (LOMA etc.)
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
- SQL/database testing skills
- Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of testing in cloud environments
