- 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP delivery with strong AMS or Support background
- Proven experience managing large scale SAP AMS programs with multiple projects or workstreams
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, Basis etc.) with ability to manage cross functional teams
- Experience in ITIL based service delivery including Incident, Problem, Change and SLA management
- Responsible for end to end program governance including delivery, quality, timelines and stakeholder management
- Experience in managing financials including budgeting, cost control and revenue tracking
- Hands on experience in global delivery models (24x7 support, offshore onsite coordination)
- Strong stakeholder engagement including customer leadership and executive communication
- Experience in transition and stabilization of AMS programs (KT, hypercare to steady state)
- Exposure to automation, DevOps and continuous improvement initiatives in AMS
