  • Lead and execute end-to-end communication campaigns aligned with Global Comms teams to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
  • Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, and/or regular emails).
  • Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behavior and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute all functional and executive townhalls
  • Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of designers
  • Adapt communication strategy and tactics incorporating analytics and feedback from stakeholders to improve reach and adoption

Qualifications Minimum 6 years’ experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization, is most sought after.

  • Experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired. General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Prior management of complex projects (e.g. M&A) is also looked upon favorably.
  • A creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newsletters and other communication assets
  • Hands-on experience with MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Zoom, Viva Engage etc. and also Microsoft tools navigation
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
  • Strong speaking skills required to moderate virtual townhalls and leadership dialogues
  • Strong ability to understand R1’s core business and dynamics
  • Ability to navigate, interact with and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadership
