As a Product Marketing Manager supporting our Skillsoft B2B business in APAC, you will be part of a global cross-functional team of marketers driving revenue growth and customer outcomes. Together, this team is accountable for using market intelligence and customer research to shape the go-to-market narrative with customer value propositions and product positioning to ensure the Skillsoft platform is seen as critical to workforce skilling and business transformation.
The Product Marketing Manager will support highly effective B2B customer acquisition, growth and renewal strategies for Skillsoft’s platform, focusing on business impact in APAC. In this role, you will need to integrate market, customer, and product inputs, support prioritization, and develop go-to-market plans that significantly grow our market share. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in platform and/or solutions product marketing, a passion for understanding the voice of customer buyers and influencers with a successful track record in technical and B2B SaaS product marketing experience achieving KPIs.
Responsibilities
Messaging & Positioning: Deliver compelling platform positioning to attract, retain and grow our target audiences across channels, differentiating our platform from the competition.
Market Differentiation: Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leaders, and their teams, to refine our industry GTM narrative showcasing the depth of solution offerings and partnerships.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the strategic development and execution of product launch and adoption plans targeting enterprise technology buyers and business stakeholders, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, accelerating adoption rates, and achieving revenue growth goals in a high-growth segment.
Price Modeling: Influence packaging and pricing strategies across our offerings.
Customer Voice: Ability to capture and turn customer insights into differentiated value propositions and customer stories that translate product solutions into customer outcomes, influencing purchasing decisions that drive new and recurring business growth.

Skills & Qualification Requirements
Ability to think strategically and develop differentiated platform/product positioning, pricing models, and competitive insights.
Highly motivated with experience identifying and building profitable market-driven business opportunities that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners and GTM leaders aligning strategy, engaging customers, and driving measurable business impact
Strong professional presence and experience engaging with customers in the field with the ability to articulate our value proposition and solution around customer pain points to position Skillsoft for success.
Qualification Requirements
8+ years of experience successfully implementing global B2B product marketing messaging and GTM plans across direct sales channels for SaaS products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business discipline.
Subject matter expertise with platform, and technology solutions including AI and emerging technologies.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Expertise in synthesizing customer, product, and marketing data to make roadmap recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and sell offerings internally and externally.
Experience collaborating and driving business results within a matrixed, international marketing organization.
Comfortable delivering outcomes in a lean, cross-functional team through ambiguity and change.
Polished, confident communication and executive presentation experience delivering concise briefings to sales and product leadership.
Ability to travel up to 20-25%
