Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software products that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database design and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
