- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in application design and development within complex business environments.
- Ability to configure and customize software applications to meet diverse business needs.
- Familiarity with data integration and processing techniques relevant to large-scale software platforms.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and maintaining software applications to ensure robustness and scalability.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
