Job Title – Commercial Finance Analyst (JL 25-30)

Job summary with key responsibilities
This position will be reporting to the APAC Finance Director – Technology function. The role is responsible for preparation of budgets, forecasts, monthly reports relating to Business as usual P&L, project P&L and business case. The role will collaborate with the APAC & Global Finance function.
- Understanding the existing and new financial plans, accounting process and operations, key KRA’s, and governance requirements relating to BAU and Project related initiatives.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts using financial planning tools and applications
- Prepare and analyze past year cost trends and monthly cost trends
- Support in preparing the cost structures for various initiatives.
- Assist in business case preparation
- Working knowledge on funding and accounting practices.
- Management of accounting operations: PO release, invoice approval, Interco agreements, Interco invoicing etc
- Prepare monthly variance analysis report.
- Liaison with regional and global finance and Technology teams as necessary.
